The company was founded in 1985 by Ambrose Lungaro-Mifsud, who recognised a gap in the market for reliable outsourced accounting, providing businesses with accurate, dependable financial information to support informed decision-making.
He was later joined by his two sons, Aidan and Ivor, both of whom pursued careers in accountancy and qualified through ACCA. Today, they lead the firm together, supported by a dedicated team, delivering a comprehensive service to clients across a range of industries.

Construction Begins
Period of construction and development (Aufbauphase) begins, lasting into the 70s. Gebhard Jochum Sr. begins the process of buying all shares of the hotel, eventually transferring ownership to his son Herbert.
